Welcome to FastFlo (“App”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the FastFlo mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use FastFlo. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Health Disclaimer

FastFlo is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information and features provided, including calorie burn estimations, fasting timelines, and metabolic states, are for informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Before beginning any fasting regimen, please consult your physician or other qualified health provider, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are under medication.

Use of the App

You agree to use FastFlo only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

• Use the app for commercial purposes without express permission.

• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

Subscriptions & Payments

FastFlo may offer in-app purchases, including subscription plans (e.g., monthly, yearly, or lifetime). By subscribing:

• You authorize Apple/Google to charge your account.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

All payments are processed by Apple/Google, and we do not store your payment details.

Free Trials

We may offer a free trial for new users. Once the trial ends, you’ll be charged unless you cancel beforehand. Each user is allowed only one free trial per Apple/Google account.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your personal data. FastFlo is a local-first app — most of your data stays on your device, unless explicitly stated.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, and code in FastFlo are the property of Protocol 10 Labs or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App.

• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the App.

Modifications to the App

We may update or discontinue parts of the App without notice. Features may be added or removed based on platform limitations or design iterations.

We are not liable for any temporary or permanent interruptions of service.

User Content

FastFlo allows you to enter personal data (e.g., weight, goals). You retain ownership of your data, but grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to use it for providing and improving the service, if explicitly opted in (e.g., for syncing or insights).

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to FastFlo if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

You may stop using the app at any time and delete your account/data from the settings.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• FastFlo and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the app.

• You assume full responsibility for your use of any fasting regimen or health interpretation based on the app.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app updates or notices. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
