Log by chatting

Open the app and you're already in a conversation, calories remaining at the top. Type or say what you ate — “2 rotis and a small ball of butter chicken” — and Bento turns it into editable food blocks with quantity, unit, calories and a full macro and micronutrient breakdown.

Snap a meal

Not sure how to describe it? Take a photo. Bento reads the dishes on the plate and estimates the nutrition, so a meal becomes a log in a single tap — then you tweak any portion and everything recalculates live.

A coach that knows your day

Chat with an AI nutrition coach that understands your goal, your calorie budget and your preferences. Ask it to plan your dinners, close a protein gap, or work with whatever's already in your kitchen.

Action Plans you can follow

Turn any coaching conversation into a day-by-day Action Plan sized to your calories and diet. Pin the ones you like and tap “Add to my day” to drop a planned meal straight into your diary.

Private by design

Your diary, weight and plans live on your device and sync only to your private iCloud — never our servers. The only thing that leaves your phone is the meal you ask Bento to understand, processed anonymously and never tied to your identity.
