Welcome to Ketometer (“App,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Ketometer mobile application and related services. By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Ketometer. If you are under the age of 18, you must have parental or guardian consent. By using the App, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

Ketometer is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice. The information and features provided, including food compliance scores, nutrient breakdowns, and keto-friendliness analysis, are for informational purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Before beginning any diet or nutrition plan, please consult your physician or other qualified health provider, especially if you have a medical condition, are pregnant or nursing, or are under medication.

Use of the App

You agree to use Ketometer only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

• Use the App for commercial purposes without express permission.

• Post or transmit any harmful, offensive, or unlawful content.

Subscriptions & Payments

Ketometer may offer in-app purchases, including subscription plans (e.g., monthly, yearly, or lifetime). By subscribing:

• You authorize Apple/Google to charge your account.

• Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled 24 hours before the end of the current period.

• You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your Apple App Store or Google Play account.

All payments are processed by Apple/Google. We do not store your payment details.

Free Trials

We may offer a free trial for new users. Once the trial ends, you will be charged unless you cancel beforehand. Each user is allowed only one free trial per Apple/Google account.

Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our [Privacy Policy] to understand how we collect, use, and protect your data. Ketometer is a local-first app — most of your data stays on your device, unless explicitly processed anonymously for AI analysis or subscription validation.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, graphics, and code in Ketometer are the property of Wyreframe Labs (OPC) Private Limited or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, modify, or distribute the App.

• Reverse-engineer or decompile any part of the App.

Modifications to the App

We may update or discontinue parts of the App without notice. Features may be added or removed based on platform limitations or design decisions.

We are not liable for any temporary or permanent interruptions of service.

User Content

Ketometer allows you to enter personal data (e.g., food inputs, preferences). You retain ownership of your data. Where AI analysis is involved, your inputs are anonymized and used only to provide results.

If in the future optional features involve syncing or insights, you may be asked to explicitly opt in, and your data may then be used solely to provide those services.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Ketometer if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.

You may stop using the App at any time by deleting the app from your device.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

• Ketometer and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the App.

• You assume full responsibility for your dietary decisions or interpretations based on the App’s outputs.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via in-app updates or notices. Your continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
