When you upload or capture images within Snake Scan, they are stored locally on your device.

If you choose to share images with others or with any external systems, you do so at your own discretion and risk.

You retain full ownership of your photos and content. However, by voluntarily submitting any feedback or bug reports to the Company, you grant us the right to use that information to improve our services.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The App and all content within it are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind. The Company makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy, completeness, or safety of snake identification results.

We do not warrant that:

• The App will identify snakes correctly.

• The information provided is scientifically or medically accurate.

• The App will function uninterrupted or error-free.
